咱家的水饺必须得提！都是我们手工现包的，那皮儿薄、馅儿足、一咬滋油，吃起来就是老妈包的那个味儿，特暖心！
想吃硬菜？没问题！咱的招牌菜个个经典：锅包肉必须是外酥里嫩、酸甜到位；小鸡炖蘑菇那叫一个香；还有下饭神器土豆炖排骨、清爽开胃的东北大拉皮……保证把东北那股子浓郁、豪爽的劲儿带到西雅图。
我们做菜讲究新鲜，所有菜都是现点现炒！所以可能需要您稍微等一会儿，但是为了这口地道的家乡味儿，绝对值得，您就踏实等着吧！

Hey everyone! Come and try the food at our place, The Northern Dumpling! We are right here in Seattle, specializing in authentic Northeastern Chinese home cooking. Plain and simple, we want you to eat food that’s got big portions, authentic flavor, and real local taste—food that makes you feel like you’ve come back home!
You absolutely have to try our dumplings! They are all handmade and freshly wrapped right here. The skin is thin, the filling is packed, and when you take a bite, it’s bursting with juice. It tastes exactly like what your mom used to make—it’s heartwarming!
Looking for some serious dishes? No problem! Every one of our signature dishes is a classic: the Sweet & Sour Crispy Pork (锅包肉) is a must-have—it’s crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfectly balanced in sweet and sour; the Chicken & Mushroom Stew (小鸡炖蘑菇) is incredibly fragrant; and we have the essential meal-booster, Braised Pork with Potatoes (土豆炖排骨), plus the refreshing and appetizing Northeastern Cold Noodles (东北大拉皮)… We guarantee we’ll bring that rich, hearty, and bold flavor of Northeast China right here to Seattle.
